Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated by a per item weight during checkout through USPS or UPS. Please emailsales@americandiveco.com if you have any specific questions before purchasing. 

Returns

American Dive Company will gladly refund the purchase price of any returns to the original method of payment less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges for any product returns sent back to our facility within 35 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A brief note as to why you are returning the merchandise should be included in the package or an email tosales@americandiveco.com

Exchanges

American Dive Company will exchange any product that is new and unused for another style, size of the same product within 60 days of purchase. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects

American Dive Company does its best to never ship out defective products. All items that we sell are top quality from the manufacturer. Most items we sell come with a 1 or 2 years manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our top priority. You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS. Make sure you insure the item for loss or damage.
